Peg Perego Duette

Peg Perego Duette

Reviews

Review 1:
Pros: Seats can face each other, both seats recline.
Cons: Hard to fold, takes up a lot of room.

I liked the Duette better so I ordered it online. It arrived in two very large boxes and each box arrived on a different day. So if you order one of these, don't worry if the boxes do not arrive together.

What I Like About This Stroller:

Seats: The absolute best thing about this stroller is the seats. The seats can both face forward, both face you, or face each other. I usually have them facing each other because it allows my girls to entertain each other. Both of the seats also recline so this stroller could be used for two newborns.

Suspension: The suspension is wonderful! It is great for uneven sidewalks. We love to use it in downtown Chicago because it is a lot easier to push and takes the bumps really well. The suspension also makes the stroller bounce which can put both of my daughters to sleep and keep them asleep.

Review 2:
Pros: Durable, versatile, easy set-up and dismantle, maintains its value.
Cons: Although costly, it maintains its value.

When my wife and I learned we were expecting twins, we realized we had much to prepare. This included locating a stroller that would accommodate our magnificent duo. When we joined a local twins support club, most members recommended the Peg Perego twin stroller. In a short time, following our stroller purchase, we too were giving expecting parents the same stroller advice.

The Peg Perego Duette stroller is an amazing device. When in use, each individual seat is capable of facing forwards or backwards with opportunity for both babies/toddlers to face each other. Each seat is capable of going into a fully horizontal position to accommodate sleeping infants.

Graco Baby Classics MetroLite

Reviews

Review 1:
Pros: Infinite recline, cup holders/snack tray, five-point harness.
Cons: Can't push one-handed, basket inaccessible if seat reclined, one-handed opening/closing a misnomer.

I bought this stroller for my second child to replace the Graco combo stroller I used for my first child. I liked the infinite recline on the MetroLite and its smaller rear wheels.

The give-point harness is really nice. Plus the old stroller was looking pretty shabby. However, I find it difficult to push, particularly off road. I cannot push it one-handed, even in the mall.

Further, it doesn't fold up as compactly as I was hoping - I cannot fit it into the back of my Ford Explorer if the 3rd seat is in use. I do use it if I'm going to the mall or to the pool.
